PRICE
Prices are quoted for a charge period, which is generally 2 days, depending on delivery and collection dates. If you wish to rent items for an extended period of time, please call our office for special rates.
Charges are based on time, whether used or not, so please make your selections carefully.
Special items must be canceled within 7 days to avoid additional restocking charges. Because all reserved equipment is prepared, assembled, and packed, and additional restocking fee will apply to items canceled within 48 hours. Any changes to orders within 24 hours may be subject to a special 20% charge.
The value of the transaction must be paid in full when you receive the rental equipment. Credit accounts are only available to PRE-approved customers only.
STATUS OF OUR TEAM
Image of a spotlight to draw attention to text All Elvia’s Boutique rental items are pre-owned, we take the appropriate time to check, clean and repack all of our items. This process helps us discard pieces that are not suitable for use by our clients, however signs of use are common and visible in all our rental pieces.
RECOLECCION
Delivery and collection are available at a reasonable price. Please call for pricing in your area.
Deliveries are made to a warehouse, garage, or gates within easy reach and within 40 feet of our trucks.
Additional distances, extra steps, going up or down in elevators, etc., may be subject to an additional charge for long delivery / collection distances.
For collection, all rental items must be organized in the same place and in the same way that they were delivered. The minimum order for delivery is $25 dollars.
We can arrange and collect tables and chairs for an additional cost. This service must be requested and planned in advance.
BEFORE TO PICKUP OR RETURNS
All rental items must be organized in the same place and as they were delivered. All porcelain items, glassware, utensils, etc., must not contain solid waste (pieces of food or glasses, glasses with liquid inside) and must be in their corresponding containers.
The linens must be dry and free of solid residues (pieces of food) or wet with liquids to avoid mold and stains.
Additional charges will apply when we have to do additional cleaning and the containers of the different items have been lost or damaged.
The tables and chairs must be arranged in the same way in which they were delivered when we go to pick them up
RESPONSIBILITY
Responsibility for rented items is expressly the customer, from the time of delivery to the time we pick them up. There will be additional charges for damage and lost rental items.
